More than 1.5 million people in Canada are living with or beyond cancer, and gifts in wills help provide the research and support they rely on today and for generations to come.

Legacy gifts help fuel research and early detection efforts that have increased 5-year cancer survival rates from 25% in the 1940s to 64% today.

For decades, gifts in wills have helped power more than $2.1 billion in cancer research investments by the Canadian Cancer Society.

Gifts in wills help fund cancer prevention and advocacy work that could prevent about 4 in 10 cancer cases in Canada, protecting the health of future generations.
