Help fuel Canadian-led cancer research and clinical trials

Help bring groundbreaking cancer research discoveries from the lab to life

Your monthly donation fuels innovative cancer research and clinical trials that save lives

Clinical trials are research studies that look at new ways to prevent, find and treat cancer. They can help us understand cancer better and bring hope to people with cancer and their loved ones.

Effective cancer treatments all need to go through clinical trials, but this rigorous process takes time. Without sustained support, the breakthroughs that happen in the lab can't make their way to people facing cancer.

Reliable funding is critical to keep up momentum for groundbreaking cancer discoveries. Donate monthly to fuel innovative research and life-changing clinical trials.

Your generosity powers innovative research discoveries that brings hope to people facing cancer

Here’s what donors made possible in 2023/24:
An icon of a stethoscope.

Provided access to life-changing clinical trials for 3,057 people.

An icon of a microscope.
Funded 400 projects with the brightest cancer researchers.
An icon of a hand holding a heart.
Supported 45 Canadian research institutions across all 10 provinces.

Clinical trials help find life-changing answers

Now in a phase 2 clinical trial, Dr Cypel’s research is boldly advancing a new approach to chemotherapy. His team is testing the effectiveness of delivering it directly to the lungs of people whose cancer has spread there, sparing the rest of the body from side effects. This trial has the potential to transform survival and quality of life for thousands of people with cancer.

“Your generous support will continue to propel important research like this, fueling discoveries that have life-saving impact.”
