Help hope bloom

During Daffodil Month and beyond, your support helps fund world-leading research and compassionate support services.

Every spring, people across Canada come together during Daffodil Month to transform the lives of people affected by cancer. The resilient daffodil is a symbol of renewal, optimism and hope.

Our work doesn’t stop when Daffodil Month ends. Every single day, your support gives hope to people living with cancer, and their loved ones.

For cancer survivors like me, funding research means hope.

*Donations in support of cancer research made by midnight on April 30, 2025 will be matched, up to a total of $324,000, thanks to the Estate of Anis "Ernie" Zeitoun. Monthly donations will be matched for an entire year up to the maximum.

Matching donations come from corporate, institutional and individual donors who agree to match donations to specific programs, in order to inspire others to give. Donors may also require CCS to raise matching funds as a condition of their support. In both cases, these matches allow for an even greater impact. For more information about matching, and our partners, please visit cancer.ca/matching. In the unlikely event that donations raised exceed the specific funding requirement, CCS will redirect funds to similar programs or where needed the most.
