CyberKnife

Description

A machine used in stereotactic radiation therapy that uses a linear accelerator to produce radiation and has a robotic arm that can direct radiation to any part of the body from any direction. A computer and several imaging devices track the person’s position to ensure that radiation is delivered to the same place each time.
