BETTER For All
Take charge of your health with BETTER For All@(headingTag)>
Making healthy lifestyle changes isn’t always easy—especially on your own. That’s why the Canadian Cancer Society, in partnership with Women’s College Hospital and Access Alliance, created BETTER For All: a free program designed to support racialized communities and newcomers to Canada in reducing the risk of chronic diseases, including cancer.
This program is designed for individuals aged 40–69 who want to take steps toward better health. With BETTER For All, you’ll get:
- Personalized medical advice to help prevent chronic diseases.
- One-on-one support from a Peer Health Coach for up to six months, all from the comfort of your home.
If you are interested in being a participant, please fill out our participant recruitment form below:
Our Peer Health Coaches are specially trained to support you in your health journey.
