Memo-mamo
Women from underserved communities in Quebec often have a hard time finding information about breast cancer screening. The goal of Memo-Mamo is to provide resources for people in underserved communities and give them information on the importance of getting screened. You can get a mammogram in Quebec if you are between the ages of 50 and 69.

Move your butt
Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related death in Quebec. Every year in March, during Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, the Canadian Cancer Society's Move Your Butt campaign raises awareness among Quebecers between the ages of 50 and 74 to get screened for colorectal cancer.

Get your mammogram
By getting screened for breast cancer, you can improve your chances of breast cancer being detected early, before symptoms even develop, when it’s easiest to treat.
