Skip the booze without missing the bubbles in your next mimosa by swapping out sparkling wine at your holiday brunch.
Recipe (single serving)
- ½ cup chilled, no sugar added orange juice
- ½ cup of your choice of cold club soda, tonic water or seltzer water
- 1/8 cup frozen cranberries

A warm and cozy holiday party is a great time to try a cool, refreshing drink. These frozen mint cucumber mojitos can be easily scaled for a perfect party pleaser!
Recipe (2-3 servings)
- Add one cup of crushed ice, 10 mint leaves, and one sliced cucumber to a blender (English cucumbers work best for their thin skin. If using a garden cucumber peel the skin off before adding to the blender)
- Add 1/3 cup lime juice (1-2 limes) and 1/2 cup club soda
- Blend on high until mixed (optional: add more club soda if the result is too thick for your liking)
- Serve with a sprig of mint and a wheel of lime and enjoy!
