- 1 large banana (ripe)
- 2 tbsp wheat germ heaping
- 2 ounces tofu (soft)
- ½ cup yogurt (nonfat plain)
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup orange juice (Minute Maid)

Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed until thoroughly blended
Pour into glass and serve
