Healthy breakfast smoothie 
What’s better than a cold refreshing smoothie on a warm summer day? It is a great option for any summertime breakfast!


  • 1 large banana (ripe) 
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ heaping 
  • 2 ounces tofu (soft) 
  • ½ cup yogurt (nonfat plain) 
  • ½ cup strawberries 
  • ½ cup orange juice (Minute Maid)  


Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed until thoroughly blended
Pour into glass and serve
