B-cell lymphoma

Description

A type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that starts in B cells, which are a type of white blood cell (lymphocyte) that make antibodies to fight bacteria, viruses and fungi.

There are many different types of B-cell lymphomas. They may be indolent (slow growing) or aggressive (fast growing).
