It's a couples' thing: Prostate cancer and its impact on sexuality and quality of life

Launched: March 13, 2018
Length: 12 minutes
Presenter: Dr Anne Katz, RN, PhD

Webinar overview: This short webinar addresses the impact of prostate cancer treatment on a couple when one person is diagnosed with the disease. Treatment for prostate cancer can result in sexual side effects that impact both the person with cancer and their partner. These side effects often impact the couple's relationship in a negative way and cause distress for both people. This webinar addresses these issues and makes suggestions to mitigate the effects on the couple.
